News media reports containing information from today's Acreage, Grain Stocks and Rice Stocks reports were inadvertently released at 8:28 am ET, 2 minutes ahead of their scheduled release time. This event was caused by a failure of the Agricultural Statistics Board’s telecommunications control switch, which is in the process of being replaced.
