DESCRIPTION: The Hogs and Pigs report, issued four times yearly, presents data on the Kansas pig crop, including inventory numbers by class, weight group, farrowings and farrowing intentions, and value of hogs and pigs. The December report includes the number of hog operations, percent of inventory by size groups, and the number of hog operations based on ownership at the state level.
