Temperatures were 1 degree above normal in the Upper Peninsula but ranged from normal to 4 degrees below normal in the Lower Peninsula. Precipitation ranged from 0 to 0.07 inches in the Upper Peninsula and 0.04 to 0.21 inches in the Lower Peninsula. It was a nice week for fieldwork and harvest of corn neared completion. Field activities included, fall tillage, fertilizer spreading, and cleaning and storing equipment.
