Wheatland County, Montana


        Wheatland County lies in central Montana.
    The Little Belt Mountains mark its northern
    boundary, and the lower levels of the Crazy
    Mountains spill over into a small portion of
    the southwest corner. The Musselshell River
    runs east and west through the middle of the
    county. The land is generally level, sloping
    gently toward the Musselshell River. Harlowton
    is the county seat.
