Abstract: Papers must have an abstract of no more than 200 words. The abstract should summarize results, topics discussed, and main conclusions, but it should not contain any displays, complex notation, or references.
Sections: Number titles of main sections (headings) using arabic numerals. Number titles of subsections (sub-headings) using a decimal system (1.1, 1.2, etc.)
Tables: Number tables consecutively in the order in which they are cited. Place tables as close as possible to the first citation. Each table should have a brief descriptive title that does not duplicate information in the headings of the table. Column headings should provide brief descriptions identifying column content. Keep horizontal and vertical rules within tables to a minimum.
Figures: Number figures (illustrations, charts, etc.) consecutively in the order in which they are cited. Each figure should have a brief descriptive title. If appropriate, place a brief descriptive caption beneath the figure.
Equations: Mathematical expressions (equations, formulas, etc.) should be centered on a separate line and identified by consecutive arabic numerals in parentheses placed flush with the right margin.
References: Indicate references in the text by author's name and year of publication in square brackets, e.g. [Williams, 1996]. Do not use footnotes. Place "References" alphabetized by author in a list at the end of the paper. Include only references cited in the text. For each reference, include author, date of publication, title and publication information, e.g.
Smith, J.T. and Jones, B.E. (1997), "Article Title," Journal Title, Vol. 1, No. 3, pp. 10-25.
